Important Information Regarding Pricing
The Hair Company takes great pride in the ability to offer you the best stylist in the area.
This does not happen by accident!
We work very hard to hire the most trainable staff and to provide them with the best education on a ongoing & regular basis. We want only those that look as this as a ‘career’ and not just a ‘job’. In order for this to happen, we have to offer better benefits, training systems, working atmosphere and compensation than they can get elsewhere. We care about our staff, and want them to grow and prosper.
For this purpose, we have adopted the ‘Level System’. As the service provider is promoted, their prices increase. This system provides many great benefits. One of the benefits, and probably the most important, is that it enables you, our guest, to choose the level that best suits your needs, and your budget. We feel that you are a guest of The Hair Company, not one particular service provider. Our entire staff works together as a team and welcome you to visit other service providers. Perhaps your regular service provider isn’t available. Maybe you typically see a level 4 or 5 stylist, and you‘re saving for a vacation, so you choose to visit a Level 1 stylist this visit (or every visit thereafter) so you can put the money you saved towards your vacation. Maybe you just want a fresh point of view. No matter what your reason, it is a personal choice. We just want you to be happy, and get the best value for your time & money. Regardless of who you choose to visit, we are happy to share information with our fellow teammates, and make sure that you have the best we can offer.
On the flip side, the Level System also benefits our staff. This gives them a path for growth. Everyone begins as an associate, and works up the ladder. Their promotions are based on experience, goals met, advanced education they receive, and the demand their services create. The ultimate promotion is when you become an ‘Educator’. At this point, the ‘Educator’ takes an ‘Associate’ under their wing. This enables them to pass on their knowledge, training our next generation of service providers.
Since all of our Service Providers complete the ‘Associate Program’ and are provided with the best education available, you can rest assured that regardless of which level you chose, you will receive a consistent level of service.
