Tell us about yourself:
I grew up in St. Mary's County, I've been in the beauty business and at The Hair Company since 2002.
I am married.Donald and I have two adorable little boys. I enjoy swimming and spending time with family.
When and why did you decide to join the beauty industry?
I don't remember when, but since I love being around people and learning new things, I knew this was the right career choice for me
Where did you receive your training?
I graduated from Blades School of Hair Design in 2002.
What do you like best about the industry?
Making people feel good about themselves.
Why did you choose The Hair Company to call home?I
I liked the people and the atmosphere.
What services do you enjoy performing the most?
Updo styling and haircutting.
Why do you think it is important to take advanced training?
I like to stay informed in what's new and to learn more about how to do things better.
What advanced training have you received?
I have attended the Redken Exchange in NYC on two occasions, once for color, once for cutting.
I have also attended all of the classes hosted by The Hair Company.
What does customer service/satisfaction mean to you?
No matter what......the client leaves happy!
Do you have a mentor/role model? Why do you chose that person?
Mom. She allowed me to see what kind of person I wanted to be.
If you weren't in the beauty industry, what would you be doing?
Marine Biologist--Dolphin Trainer
