When and How did you get your Start:
I found my hidden talent while away at college, doing other students hair in my apartment. I realized my path wasn't a college degree it was a career in the beauty industry! I started cosmetology school in January 2004 and found my home at The Hair Company.
Why did you choose the beauty industry?
I am a creative thinker and a very social person. The beauty industry is a career where I can flourish! I have no business being in an office setting!
Why do you love working at The Hair Company?
The Hair Company is a tribe of successful, beautiful, independent people that work hard! I'm surrounded by a team that is fun, supportive, and creative everyday. I believe it's the best place to work.

This product is the bees knees! It is a lightweight spray that has 21 benefits of use, some of my favorite reasons: detangles, preps hair for styling product, protects hair and haircolor, conditions, etc. The list goes on. "
What is your favorite service to perform? Why?
I really enjoy haircolor! Cutting is fun, but coloring hair is the best! It's always unique! It's always changing! Balayage highlights are my favorite right now.
What do you feel you are strongest in technically? (color, cutting, balayage etc..,)
Hair cutting. I am very organized when I cut hair.

What's your favorite thing to do in your off time?
I spend my time with my family! My husband, Stevie and my 3 sons, Hayden, Camden, and Blaize. I also really enjoy painting and restoring old furniture as a hobby.
WHAT DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE MEAN TO YOU?
Treat guests like they are guests. Offer them drinks, smile, listen to what they are saying. Make sure that the guest feels like they have had a nice experience and feels like money was well spent.
